I was going to call for another visit on Thursday when my contractions briefly stopped, but within an hour my contractions were consistent. I went to the hospital that night and was admitted around 11pm. I had my little girl on Friday. She was born at 2:09pm, 6lbs 13oz, 19 in.Thank you so much for everything. In January of 2006 after having heard from various sources that acupuncture could help me with my fertility problems, I decided to reach out and try it. I came across Christina Prieto by chance. My very first visit was out of this world. I went in with road rage, tension and of course a little doubt. I left there the calmest I have ever been in my life. Immediately after talking to Christina for my initial consultation for about an hour, I knew that there was something very special about her and she listened and just seemed to “get” me. I continued seeing Christina for a year and a half. During that time I underwent many fertility procedures with a specialist while enhancing it with acupuncture. They all failed to assist me in conceiving. I saw Christina on a weekly or sometimes bi-weekly basis. I ended up getting cured of many more things than I anticipated. I used to take Claritin on a daily basis for allergies. I no longer need that. I used to have some slight incontinence, that was cured within a few months and then finally the best of all. I finally decided in December of 2006 I needed a break from Western medicine for fertility treatments. I had been told that I would need to get donor eggs in order to conceive. I wasn’t quite ready to give up my dream. I continued to see Christina, she not only helped me physically but she also enhanced my spirit. There was never a doubt in her mind that I would be able to conceive on my own. I of course had my doubts, but continued on. I continued with weekly treatments. In June of 2007 my husband and I conceived….NATURALLY. Truly a blessing!

My daughter, Jackie had been suffering from chronic headaches for almost five years. As you know, we have tried every conventional method to treat her symptoms. About four years ago, her primary care physician referred us to a neurologist who ordered an MRI, which determined that there was nothing physically wrong with her brain. Although I was extremely thankful, I was still frustrated with her daily headaches, which were very painful.
The neurologist diagnosed them as ‘migraines’ and prescribed anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medications, Topamax, Imitrex and countless combinations of all of them. After giving each medication or combination of medications a few weeks to take effect, I would contact the neurologist’s office to advise them that Jackie was still experiencing headaches on a daily basis. They would then either add an additional medication or increase the dosage of a medication she was currently on. By this time, she was taking 2-4 Excedrin Migraine pills daily. Needless to say, I was at my wits end. I needed to get her off of the drugs which were not helping, but causing countless side effects. That is when I contacted you.
Right from the start, you asked all the right questions. You looked at her tongue, discussed her diet, asked about her lifestyle and eating habits and made recommendations. You were warm and comforting. The atmosphere in your office is calming and conducive to healing. Jackie started feeling better right away. I am so pleased to say that she feels so much better. Her headaches have gone from daily to maybe once per week and the severity of the pain has lessened dramatically.

“My husband and I really want to have a baby. But we learned that we did not produce enough sperm to lead to a pregnancy. Out of 3 sperm analyses, we only ever found ONE live sperm. I came to your office about 3 weeks ago from a co-worker’s referral, since my husband and I have been trying to conceive our second child for over a year and half. Unfortunately, I had “unexplained” secondary infertility. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical, but since my co-worker had two friends experience success with your help, I came with an open mind, and thought I’d give it a try. I had already been seeing a reproductive endocronogist for 6 months and was about to have my 5th (and final!) IUI attempt. If this didn’t work, my husband and I had resolved to progress to IVF, and the additional stress and cost that goes with it! I went to two sessions at your Center– the first, with Terry the day of my IUI and then with you, on the 6th day to help promote implantation. During both sessions, you both made me feel comfortable, and helped relief my stress.
I’m happy to report that I am now pregnant! I went to the reproductive clinic this morning to confirm pregnancy with a blood test, and my Beta HCG levels are right on target.

I just wanted to let you know that my treatment yesterday helped a LOT.
If I had any doubts that the acupuncture is helping, they are gone. I
felt pretty bad when I came in yesterday and the needles really hurt
going in. However, afterwards as I left, I realized that I definitely
